2. Counter Notification
If you believe that material you posted on MasterBuilds.info was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us with the following information:

- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the content appeared before it was removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice
- Your physical or electronic signature

3. Repeat Infringers
MasterBuilds.info reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
